Dallas Basha

Founder of Blakeworth, a vertically integrated real estate company founded on the principle of enhancing resident living experiences and investor success. The company specializes in three pillars: real estate investments, service management, and experience design. It acquired and stabilized a student housing portfolio at Johns Hopkins and Lehigh University comprised of 300+ student rentals. His company is also developing 100+ units ($30M in cost) in the Lehigh Valley on the border of New Jersey.


In 2020 and 2021, Dallas worked with the Founder/Chairman of Madison Marquette and managed 10+ teams to produce portfolio performance updates for board members and c-suite executives on legacy properties totaling $3.5 Billion USD in asset value. Dallas also worked intimately with the 800,000 square foot $200 Million USD mixed-use development in Downtown Baltimore called One Light Street. In addition, he created financial models for cash flow management, performance metrics, annual budgeting, construction schedules, and value-add scenarios for improved asset management decisions.
